Employees in the trade of Meat Processing (Meat Retailing) prepare meat and meat products, provides advice on cuts of meat and sell meat to customers in a retail or supermarket environment.

Applicants for trade recognition should provide evidence to demonstrate at least 4 years practical experience in the following trade competencies.
