Certificate III in Drafting Trades (Course 91084NSW)
Applicants for trade recognition should provide evidence to demonstrate at least 4 years practical experience in the following trade competencies.
In addition to any other evidence supporting an application for trade recognition, applicants are encouraged to use this checklist as a self assessment competency guide and lodge it with the application.
This qualification was developed and accredited by TAFE NSW.
Rationale:
In order to receive the qualification, learners must complete the following: From Group 1: Modules to a total of 360 hours from any one subgroup From Group 2: Modules to a total of 72 hours from any one subgroup From Group 3: Modules to a total of 288 hours; Elective modules to a total of 144 hours must also be completed. These modules may be chosen from any of the subgroups in Group 1 and/or Group 2 and/or Group 3, providing any specified completion limits are observed.
The total course duration is 864 hours.
The modules in Group 888 do not contribute to course completion. They are
available for tutorial support.
