Fees

Q1 ) Fees are mentioned in the new Act. Will the Department charge fees for the lodgement of an application to establish an apprenticeship or traineeship?

A1 ) Fees will NOT be charged for the lodgement of applications to establish an apprenticeship or traineeship. However, fees will continue to apply to applications for trade recognition and trade testing validation of trade skills on the job by an industry assessor, and the reissue of certificates.
